Regal Oaks Resort is located just a short distance away from an assortment of entertainment that only the Central Florida region can provide. This wonderful community is only a short walk from Old Town with its many attractions including bars, restaurants, shops and fairground.

PARKING
Free parking spots are available at your front door. These spots are unassigned, but it is customary that each vacation home takes two places.
SHUTTLE SERVICE AND TRANSPORTATION
The resort does not offer shuttle service.
If you do not have a vehicle or just prefer not to drive, taxi or Uber are super affordable because our vacation home is really close to the parks
If you prefer to take a bus, there’s a bus stop on the I91, walking distance from our place.

PACKAGES AND DELIVERIES
You can receive packages at our vacation home. Please have all packages mailed to the home address, at your name.
The only packages that will not be accepted for delivery are packages sent via USPS (United States Postal Service).
If you want to order from a supermarket, please ask the store to announce at the gate, and the security guard will let them in. Deliveries have to be done at your door, the resort does not receive this kind of goods for you.

LINENS, TOWELS, TOILETRIES
At your arrival, you will find everything ready for you: clean linens, pool towels (inside each bedroom’ closet) and bath and towels. In each bathroom there is a dispenser with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, plus toilet paper rolls, and 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods, which are for your first days. In case you run out of toilet paper rolls or garbage bags, you can get them at the clubhouse’ convenience store or drive to the Celebration’s Publix, to any Walmart or Target in the area.
If you want additional clean towels or linens, you can either use the washer and dryer at the unit, or request an additional cleaning (including replenishing of toiletries and cleaning supplies) – payable through Airbnb.
COFFEE MAKER, POTS AND PANS
This property has pots and pans for you to cook during your stay. It is equipped as a regular vacation home, with pots, pans, plates, etc, but it does not have pressure cook or special cooking items.
The coffee maker is a regular drip coffee maker, not a keurig. Coffee or coffee filters are not supplied.
AMENITIES
The access control system will officially go live on January 19, 2026. This new system will enhance security by implementing key-card access to both the pool area and the fitness center. Access points will be located at the doors from the main lobby and the door inside ZAC’s Sports Bar & Grill, both leading to the back patio and pool area. The fitness center will also be accessible from this same back patio.
Exiting the pool area or fitness center will be through the Clubhouse lobby. An emergency exit is available next to the pool restrooms and the other two existing exits will be closed off.
OBTAINING THE KEYCARD
You will find a form (“External Rental Management Company Guest Amenity Key Authorization Form”) and pen in the house, please fill the information requested in the Guest Information section, and present it to the front desk personnel at the clubhouse (this is where the pool and gym is located) along with a valid ID. A $10 refundable deposit per card is collected at issuance, refunded upon returning the card. If the card is not returned, the deposit or credit card on file will be used to cover the cost. Guest access remains valid for the duration of their stay.

EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT
We are happy to offer early check in or late check out when is possible to do so. An early check allows you to enter the house up to 2 hours earlier than standard check in time (4pm), and a late check out allows you to check out at noon.
After the booking is confirmed, you can request a complimentary early check-in or late check-out using a link we will share with you.
If you are interested in checking in early morning, or checking out in the afternoon, it is required to add one more night to your reservation.
HOUSE AND RESORT RULES
– Please do not open the window in the bedroom downstairs, or leave any door open, because of two reasons: the irrigation system outside could wet the beds if the window is open, and because of being in Florida the wildlife is very active, so if you leave windows or doors open you can find a lizard in your bed. It has happened to me and I can assure you that I got really scared!
– A/C has a minimum set point and cannot go below 70°F, because going below that temperature cloud freeze the unit.
– When you leave the front or back doors open for more than 5 minutes the AC automatically stops and resumes operation once the door is again closed.
– The place to deposit your trash bags is the bin outside, the brown plastic container that also can be used as a seat. Please remember to put trash in bags when you take it out, and close the lid tightly with the lock so that the raccoons do not take out the garbage. Loose trash will not be collected by the resort service, and may even be charged a fine by the Resort Administration.
– Smoking and Vaping is NOT ALLOWED in our property. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if there is any smoking anywhere due to the need to clean extra well for sensitive guests.
